Andrea Segrè (www.andreasegre.it), is professor of Comparative and International Agricultural Policy at the University of Bologna. Having served as dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and director of the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences, currently is the president of the Bologna Agro-Food Center (CAAB) and of the Edmund Mach Foundation (San Michele all'Adige, Trento).
